The base rental includes anything within a 20 mile radius from Park City, KS. Anything beyond that is charged per mile.

Schedule delivery: Pick a delivery date that works best for you. I usually recommend scheduling at least a few days in advance to ensure availability.

Fill it up: Load it within the rental period, making sure to follow the guidelines for what can and cannot be included.

No. The trailer is dropped off at your desired location and intended to be stationary during the rental period. If it needs moved, please let me know ahead of time.

I would prefer that there is someone available upon delivery – we will do our best to put the dumpster in a desirable location for the customer, provided I can safely maneuver. If no one is available at the requested delivery time, I will place the dump trailer in the most accessible location.

Yes, you can extend the rental period for a trailer if you require it for a longer duration than initially planned. Keep in mind that trailer availability may vary, so it's best to notify me about your extension needs as early as possible.

This is presisely why I use dump trailers instead of roll off dumpsters. I'm committed to protecting your property and the dump trailer is better at doing that. 

• I do my best to carefully deliver and pick up the trailer, however, of course, the trailer is very heavy. If you are worried about a specific area of your property where the trailer will be dropped, I recommend laying down a large piece of plywood or indicator so I'm aware of your desired location. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Generally, I try to pick it up at the end of the scheduled pickup date or when you text me to let me know it's ready.

As much as you want - but please do not stack anything higher than the sides of the dumpster. The tarp needs to be able to close over the trailer.  

• Stacking items above the sides will classify the load as unsecured. Not only is that a liability for me, but all dump fees are double.

I do offer junk removal and curbside pickup. For junk, I'd like for that to be placed curbside or in a garage. I do not go into homes. Prices vary and are separate from my regular rental. Text me or inquire on the website for a quote!
